When looking for a home, Team Ellis was great and getting back with us about places we were interested in and as soon as we found the one we wanted it was smooth sailing from there. Ever is far more concerned with getting you in a home that is right for you than making a sale for her sake. She worked with my wife and I for over a year with no signs of frustration at how picky my wife and I are. Every home we went to, Ever was quick to point out any red flags she noticed, discuss optimal buying strategies as well as remind us about all of the fees during closing. Even during closing, we had struggles for a while over the contract, yet, Ever not only remained calm, kept us in the loop upon any news but was also willing to work late to keep us on track for our closing date. This is the third time using Lisa from Team Ellis, and let me just say it was just as easy as the first time. Lisa is a wonderful person with a tremendous amount of patience. She will fight for what is right for you as a buyer or a seller. The things that I like most about her is how kind and honest she is with you. She will tell you what you need to do to get the most for your money. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and I hope to do business with her again and again, as many times as she will allow! I already wrote a recommendation for Team Ellis, but I need to write about Heather Bassett. Heather is the example by which all agents should be held accountable. She is, most of all, sincere. Heather’s care for the client is professional and personable. We started off with meeting with her at a property and soon became friends. She listened to our needs and worked to find us what we wanted, even to the point of finding a listing with a different agent. We owe Heather a ton of gratitude for guiding us through our purchase as well as helping with selling our current property two states away!
