This escrow was by far one of the most difficult mobile home escrows we have had to deal with. The reason being that the title issued to the seller was not done correctly when she purchased it. This transaction was a difficult one. We had just found out the buyer's lock was expiring in 24 hours and we still didn't have loan documents. Loan docs came in within the hour, Cindy scheduled buyers to sign, funding came in next morning and Cindy was able to get it all closed before the buyer's lock expired.
