We are new to CINC and Lance was extremely helpful in teaching us how address, label, filter and respond to our database. He also gave us some great text responder ideas. I suggest if you are new to CINC you MUST attend CINC U.

We feel inspired and thankful that we took this time to come and learn how to optimize the use of this platform. It was my first time attending a CINC U event out of the 9 months I have been using the system. They made the experience informative as well as interactive to keep you engaged. It is very well laid out to learn as much as possible in the 3 days. If you haven’t taken a course I would recommend to be able to utilize the system as it was intended, speed and efficiency with an organized contact book. Lance, Matt and John gave me the motivation to put these new unlocked features to use. Loved it as well as other agents being able to share their input.
