We feel inspired and thankful that we took this time to come and learn how to optimize the use of this platform. It was my first time attending a CINC U event out of the 9 months I have been using the system. They made the experience informative as well as interactive to keep you engaged. It is very well laid out to learn as much as possible in the 3 days. If you haven’t taken a course I would recommend to be able to utilize the system as it was intended, speed and efficiency with an organized contact book. Lance, Matt and John gave me the motivation to put these new unlocked features to use. Loved it as well as other agents being able to share their input.

CINC University was a huge help for me as an ISA. After this powerful training I was able to sort the database and focus on who I’m going to contact everyday. I attended CINC U for the first time and was completely blown away by the benefits gained from three days. All parts of the software were broken down into bite-size usable pieces that could be implemented immediately. Day three, the power hour, in particular, is game changing!

Lance was amazing. Lectures on database and organization helps tremendously. His lecures on automation and behavior messaging that will create client engagement for business growth. Communication , marketing and benefits that CINC provides that make it manageable. Also, he took the time to review my dashboard and laid out a plan so that I will be able to manage and keep track of growth.
