OUTSTANDING! We've now completed our 3rd home sale (in 30 years) -- each a little more challenging than the last. I wish we'd had Sabrena (or someone as widely experienced and market-savvy as Sabrena) to help us with the first two. But, we feel blessed to have had her help us navigate through the process of this one.

With 18 years of "stuff" to downsize, a crazy post-COVID market, and unexpected (and significant) health challenges to add to the endeavor; Sabrena's support and good nature were unfailing and invaluable. Truly, I don't want to even image what it would have been like without her there to consistently offer well-thought options for us to consider.

Sabrena provided her experience, reliable network of peripheral services, alerts to next-step events ... all with a professional mix of project management and humor.

Sabrina guided us through the entire profess of selling our home with expertise in every aspect of our journey. Her efficiency and assistance with all requirements needed to prepare our home for listing was immeasurable. Her positivity and great sense of humor were so appreciated during stressful times. Sabrena gets it done! Her knowledge of real estate is vast and along with her awareness of market conditions and buyer and seller psychology, she is a dynamo is bringing satisfaction to her clients.

She is positive and brimming with enthusiasm and has backup solutions to most every problem. One prospective deal goes bad and she is optimistically looking for the next opportunity for what will ultimately please her clients.

Sabrena was our buyer’s agent. From the very first meeting, at which she was early, Bonnie and I felt that Sabrena would give us an excellent job. We were right!! As Sabrena went through the mountain of paperwork, she made sure that Bonnie and I understood before she would continue. At the end of the sale, there was a huge gift box for us. I can't say enough good things about the Rocio-Sabrena team! They were extremely responsive, 7 days a week. They took the time to provide detailed answers to my questions. Selling our custom home was a passage in our life. We interviewed 3 realtors before we made up our minds who would represent us.

Sebrina and Rocio had a good initial interview with us. Many positive plans and encouragement. Throughout the whole sale of hour house their enthusiasm and support never waned. The real estate process is so complicated and our place so specialized that without their professional expertise and warm inclusive attitude im sure we would still be living in the house.

We felt the sale went well and was concluded in a timely way. These ladies have a nice way of blending the clients wants and needs against reality.

I can 100 percent recommend Sebrina and if she is fortunate enough to still have Rocio on board, her as well. These ladies mean what they say and get it done.
