Christy Nebeker

I’m a proud Arizona native and have lived in Arizona my entire life. I’m a huge fan of Auburn University, where my son is finishing up his 1st year of college. My husband and I love traveling, sports, hiking, and all things outdoors.

I have more than 26 years of real estate industry experience, starting out in college as a marketing assistant for a home mortgage loan officer, worked my way up to a loan officer, and eventually a Loan Processing Supervisor of a large statewide team. I was then offered a great opportunity to venture into commercial real estate lending, working with residential land developers and home builders on everything from raw land acquisition, entitlement and development to vertical construction loans and complex lending facilities. During this time, I was fortunate to build some great relationships with my title and escrow officers, which eventually led me to making the leap into Escrow in 2017.

My broad experience on both sides of the table helps me to be versatile in all types of real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, foreclosures and REO, 1031 Exchanges, estates/probate, and more. I take pride in providing the highest level of customer service to all my clients, going above and beyond to ensure successful and timely closings.
