Jennifer was a breath of fresh air on a very stinky transaction. I represented the seller and Fidelity National Title was selected by the buyer. Unbeknownst to my seller, there were 2 liens on the home making escrow a challenge to say the least. This was in the midst of Covid-19 where the buyer wanted to get in the home as soon as possible of course. Jennifer went way above and beyond to help my sellers remedy this issue and was ALWAYS positive and polite even when she wasn't treated the same way.
