Her successful career in building her relationships with clients, while supporting them with the exclusive Fidelity tools and programs that enhance their business, earned her both local and national recognition. She was the recipient of a number of Sales Revenue & Excellence in Service awards. In 2000, she was named the Realtors Association of Maui's, Affiliate of the Year Award.

I first met Reta online about a year ago when Fidelity and my company partnered up to help educate agents and brokers understand about some of the frustrating tax and withholding issues that sometimes accompany real estate transactions. She managed these events with a level of professional expertise that I have never seen - from the initial planning phase, to the updates informing us of sign-ups to date, to our briefings just before the event - she's an amazing leader. On Jan 25th 2018 Reta invited me to a Master Mind session with Dan Beer and your
W Coast VP from Fidelity. There were over 100 realtors in attendance.
At the meeting I decided that I would implement some of the ideas discussed. Since then I have never looked back. I thanked Reta at that time and told her would be attending more sessions like it. My take away from that day was if Dan Beer can do it I can do it also. In the last 18 months I have seen some great results. My goal for 2020 is 50 million in sales.
