Kosei Nagata led the team that handled the escrow of my Maui home. I live on the mainland, and Kosei everything was done promptly and he responded to a phone call or email almost immediately. Even though my home failed to close on the first three contracts due to the buyers backing out, Kosei and his team continued to move forward complete the successful 4th contract. He has also been very helpful in referring me to tax professonals who can assist with Hawaii capital gains taxes. I could not have had a better experience.
