I am blown away at the diligence, focus and personal touch I got from working with Sean and Guarantee Mortgage. We started the process for the mortgage and, in just a month, closed on our new home. I cannot thank them enough for getting things done so quickly and with such care. Interestingly, I was with my realtor and he told me that typically getting across the line with other brokers has been a struggle, but with Sean on top of everything, we came in one week early. If that is not service, I don't know what is!

Sean is amazing! I've worked with Sean over the last 2 months to get a loan for a 2 bedroom condo, my first purchase, in SF. He helped us along every step of the way, patiently explaining and re-explaining each of the mind-bogglingly complicated steps in the process of getting a mortgage loan.
