My wife and I have been working with Tim back close to the turn of the century, when he so expertly assisted us in purchasing our first property, a condo in the Castro, San Francisco. At the time, I figured we didn't stand a chance! 2003-2004 was time of extreme real estate craziness in the bay area, with seasoned buyers routinely overbidding and boxing out first-home purchasers.
