Happy to buy my first home through Alex Ho!
Alex is the agent everyone needs to ask for, he is polite/informative and always on time for appointments. He will take texts/calls at all times of the day and get back to you promptly. I am glad I met him on a random open house after my previous realtor had not helped me get a home that my wife and I wanted from a bid war. He showed me a "brand new" home that was "not" on the market and even negotiated additional discount on top of it. He has been there from the start to closing and still checks up on me to make sure if I have any questions or concerns. Alex is great for all new buyers and experienced ones.
The home that I purchased has three bedrooms/three bathroom (2 master rooms). The inside was so beautiful and economical at the same time. I can not state enough the importance that Alex was to my family and myself, I will definitely be contacting Alex again in the future for other home purchases for family and friends.

We had Alexander Ho as our buying agent, and he did great by us, helping us by the home we wanted for our new family in Sunnyvale. He also served as the sellers agent, which gave us pause initially, but Alex was able to appease our concerns and we're so glad that we chose to go with him. He was honest, incredible fast, and helpful through the whole home buying process. In fact, we did most of the purchasing process while on our Honeymoon in Japan. Alex served as a middle-man for us with the off-hours, and kept us in the loop of the process the whole time. We came home from 3 weeks overseas, signed papers, and moved into our home. A rare occurrence for sure, but it was made possible by Alex's help. We have already told my Sister In Law to contact Alex for her own purchase, because we know Alex will help her out. If anybody else is interested in buying a home in a in this area, I'll be giving them Alex's information.

My parents have been looking for a home for a while; it was just our luck that we were able to get Alexander Ho from Alliance Manufactured Homes as our realtor. He represented us as a Buyer's Agent. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was as helpful as you can get. My parents don't speak English very well, and there were many things in the home buying process that confused them. Alexander was there every step of the way; he was extremely responsive to all my parents' questions. He even dropped by at late hours to help guide my parents with their paperwork and answer all their questions. At one point, there were some complications with the approval process, and Alex was able to help us resolve it. We are settling into the new place soon, and we can't thank him enough. We definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell!

We first met Alex Ho when we checked on a home where he is the seller’s agent. Very honest in his presentation and answered our questions very well. We are first time buyers so we barely have any idea on things to ask or look for but Alex guided and explained to us the step-by-step process in ways that we understand. He offered to be our Agent to which we agreed. He is very supportive, responds to our queries promptly (either via call/text or email) and with ease, he is very knowledgeable in his area of work, and very eager to help us in every way.
