Juan is polite, enthusiastic, cordial, and a “go getter”. He went above a beyond for my wife and I while we were house hunting in Tracy and landed a house exactly with everything we were looking for. He shows up on time, is very responsive to questions, and comes prepared and organized.
He came complete with several available houses to show us and listened extensively and tailored made to our needs to what house would best suit us. He makes the whole experience easier from start to end.

Juan had the two most important qualities I was looking for in a realtor. The first being responsiveness. He replied quickly to all inquiries and requests I made. As a result, we were able to go from introductions to closing in just under 3 weeks. The second quality is proactiveness. Juan reached out even after closing to make sure that I had moved in properly with no issues, and that all post-closing agreements were fulfilled. Helped out a lot on the burden of responsibility since there's a lot of do. Obviously, there was also the basics, courtesy and professionalism.

Juan has been our realtor for 15+ years in both purchasing and selling. He has proven through out these years to be professional, consistent, attentive and an expert in his field. Purchasing and/or selling real estate can be a very stressful process at times, however, Juan provides confidence, patience and compassion to his clients which we have found to be so crucial in the process.
