I had a fabulous and smooth experience on working with IPX folks. Special thanks to Tara Testaverde. She was very patient with me and helped us buy 3 properties. She walked us thru the process and helped us navigate by provisioning funds for EMD, closure on a timely manner. She provided secure way to upload critical documents with signatures. I would recommend using ipx folks for a 1031 exchanges.
