I would highly recommend for all 1031x needs. Highly professional team. We had a last min emergency due to seller agent negligence, and the team at ipx went into full support mode for me. This emergency happened AFTER the close of business and I received multiple personal phone calls from Milissa as well as follow up emails all after end of day. My initial contact at 5:15pm with my emergency plea for help, Milissa called back SIX minutes later while at dinner to address my issue, followed up with a call about an hour later and several emails going past 8pm at night.
