IPX1031 was great. I had an out of state couple, who is older, with no email, limited hearing for an actual call and everything had to be done snail mail. Add to that, I have never done a 1031, they bought new construction and got tied up with all the post pandemic issues that came along with building. It closed. On time. Mission accomplished. I�m beyond thrilled. They worked hard for them and were patient with me. They are a great team
