As VP of Business Development at IPX1031 Southeast, I bring close to 15 years of experience and expertise in IRC Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges to IPX 1031. Starting my career as an Exchange Coordinator with one of the largest qualified intermediaries in the country, I progressed to become the Southeast Regional Operations Manager and Director of Business Development. My expertise of 1031 rules and regulations and extensive experience includes handling Forward / Delayed, Reverse and Improvement 1031 Exchanges, makes me a valuable asset for clients seeking guidance throughout their exchange process. TI am located in IPX1031’s St. Augustine office and oversee North Florida and Central Florida providing guidance to exchangers and investors, and continuing education presentations and support to industry partners including lawyers, CPAs, brokers and real estate professionals.

I enjoy spending time with family, playing classical guitar, golfing, and going to the beach.
