From the first time I spoke with Lisa to closing, she did everything she said she was going to do and made great recommendations for us to get the most for his house. She recommended the asking price for the house based on the comps, which was more than I thought we would get and we sold the house for $8K over the asking price! Good job, Lisa! Lisa Burton is a consummate professional. She guided us through a home sale process amid conflicting information we were getting about the market, pricing, timing, and neighborhood sales. As a result, following her good advice, we had two offers within a week of putting the house on the market.

Lisa outpaced and flat-out outworked other realtors we talked to and met along the way. The combination of her keen understanding of the market, her appreciation for the home itself, her sixth sense of the psychology of the players involved, and her outright hustle, impressed us daily.

And, she is simply a helper by nature. She's the kind of person who doesn't just ask you if you need help. She shows up—over and over—unafraid to do whatever task is needed.

I have zero reservation recommending Lisa. I started the sales process with some trepidation, and—in a short time—left it wishing I had another chance to work with her on the sale or purchase of another home!

Lisa is wonderful! Our house and acreage was not an "easy" sell, requiring what one might consider an A-typical buyer. Lisa was tireless in researching all marketing sources, hosted a lovely broker/agent open house, and put together a great listing with an accurate description and quality pictures. We knew ours would not be a quick sale, and through the process Lisa never pressured us to settle or lower our price just to get another transaction under her belt as many realtors do. Honesty and integrity are important to us, and Lisa has it. Don't hesitate to rely on her to sell your house or help you find one, she will give you her all!
