Samantha and Mike did a stellar job from marketing our home, to the closing. Great pics including exterior drone pictures with property lines overlayed. There were 11 very good offers with 7 being cash, no contingencies! The closing was seamless and I would highly recommend NextHome if your looking to sell or buy.

Samantha helped me to both sell and purchase my homes (closing on both same day). In this crazy market she was very knowledgeable, answering any and all questions we had promptly. She understood my sense of urgency and acted accordingly, having my house listed quicker than expected. Samantha exemplifies professionality, honesty and has a cool, calm confidence necessary for navigating home buying, as it is a stressful process. She even checked in on us a week after closing to see how we were settling in. Though I am confident she helped us find our forever home, I would 100% use her again.
