Dave was exceptional. We received multiple offers within the first week of listing, driving the sale price over ask. Additionally, Dave was always available to help out during the sales process including meeting the inspectors and appraiser at the home in our absence. He experience and leadership was evident from the first phone call. I highly recommend Dave and his team at NextHome.

David was wonderful to work with. He was always available to answer our questions both with selling our home and buying our new home. David sold our home within a few days and had new listings of homes to buy for us daily. He was always ready to take us out to look for a new home. David showed concern for us and calls to check in on how we are settling in our new home.

The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. David was always available to answer our questions and to show us homes (sometimes virtually) any time we asked for. David was absolutely wonderful to work with. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with David was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. The decision to list our house in Howell, NJ with David Garagiola, The Infinity Group NextHome Force Realty Partners was the best decision my wife and I made. Dave is a phenomenal professional and so easy to work with. He helped us list and sell our home in no time, and find a perfect one in the little time frame we had. He is patient and responsive. He is easy to reach, happy to explain procedures, and has your best interest at heart. In addition, he knows the real estate world well, so you really can trust him. We are so grateful. Our daughter recommended him because she loved his services, as well. She had what seemed to be a thousand questions about her home purchase, and ours, and he was always happy to be there to make her feel secure. Excellent, excellent!

Dave was fantastic with every part of my process in finding a home. Even with my tricky circumstances with specific needs for land and home, he was both patient and tirelessly helpful in finding me the right home. He helped see what was right and wrong with all the many houses I looked at and gave exceptional advice and always had my best interest in mind. When it came time to deal with negotiating and solving problems, he helped me every step and really went above and beyond in his efforts. My family and I are very happy in our new home and Dave was an enormous part of making that happen. On the 5 star scale he deserves a 20!

Very knowledgeable about the home and surrounding areas. We moved from NYC and knew nothing about NJ township rules and regulations. David guided us through every detail . Even after we closed on the house and my husband would have a question about anything , David would find out the answers and contact us by the end of the day . We will definitely use David for future properties .
