We had never sold a home before but Amy made the process easy. She clearly explained everything and had a great grasp of what our home could bring in an up market. We’re very glad she was working with us as we didn’t have any idea that it could bring as much as it did. Amy took great pictures that really helped sell the property. She communicated with us all along, handled all of the showing scheduling, and made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. We were gone on vacation through most of it so Amy kept us up to date by calls, texts or emails, depending on how we needed to be contacted. We were even able to sign documents electronically and had an accepted offer in less than a week. We are extremely pleased with Amy’s professionalism and great communication. If I had to sell another home, I’d definitely ask Amy to do it again.

Amy is a very nice person and a consummate professional. She assisted us with our purchase of a lake home. She is very knowledgeable about the Whitewater Lake area and the intricacies of the closing process .She always returned calls promptly and was great at dealing with the title company in resolving title issues and in anticipating the next steps of the closing process so that they did not become a problem. We found her knowledge of the area also helpful in recommending surveyors who could prepare a survey during a limited timeframe and builders for our home construction.
