Carolyn worked for me for over three months covering four counties while I was house hunting. I had a very specific and long want list and any house she recommended had at least three of the key elements I was looking for. Her knowledge of the real estate markets in all of my target area was excellent, wide and deep. As well, her knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate contracts was unsurpassed.You will rarely have to wait long for an answer to the most trivial of questions! Made for an eased mind in what can be a difficult process. In my life I have experience with nine different agents and agencies and Carolyn Fox is by far the very best representation I have ever worked with. I have paid out a lot of money in commissions to agents over the years. Carolyn is not even close to the most expensive of them. She is worth every penny.

Carolyn Fox has all the ingredients you want in a realtor. Her attitude is always positive and enthusiastic, yet realistic and not overly optimistic. She has a very extensive amount of experience which helps her guide you and protect you against potential problems. She is very responsive and either has answers to my questions or finds the answers to questions quickly. She understands the markets and how they vary.
