First I want to say that this is my first time trying to turn my home into a rental property. So I honestly didn’t know what to expect, from rates, contacts, requirements, tough questions, marketing to even just knowing how to get started. I believed that the whole process was about to be a huge headache, and a stressor that I was not looking forward to. I called a friend who I had served with in the Marine Corps who was more savy with real estate and he immediately gave me the contact to “NextHome Built by Referral Realty”. I was on the phone for no more than ten minutes explaining my situation when they gave me a contact to Bobbi-Jean Cardona, they said that she is perfect and the one that I must speak with.

I called Bobbi-Jean directly following that call and my concerns completely dissipated. From the time she picked up my phone call and listened to my story, she then politely inserted herself and controlled the conversation. I didn’t even have to ask another question before she had put my mind at ease, set up an appointment to see the house, send me material to read and research, and then asked me if I had any questions. I was speechless, she had single-handedly answered every question an concern in record time that all I could say way no, I’m excited to see you at our appointment.

When I got to meet Bobbi-Jean my ideas and perspective of her from our first interaction I can say didn’t change, I was impressed. If anything she continued to impress me from her professionalism, humility, kindness, intelligence and passion for the work she does. She did the inspection and was incredibly knowledgeable, my wife of course had way more questions than I did and Bobbi-Jean answered everyone with out hesitation. Her preparation showed with the amount of blueprints, lot info she researched, and comparisons of what other properties were going for. We were both left without any worries or stress but all we were left with was peace of mind.

Every call, text, email and meeting Bobbi-Jean has been nothing but 5 star, spectacular, perfect, incredible, and the Go-To person that you MUST work with and get to assist you with renting your property. Thanks Bobbi-Jean.

You might hear that the real estate buying process is a complicated and often frustrating time. However, Bobbi-Jean made the whole experience seamless.

My first interaction with her was fantastic, she answered my message at 9:00 p.m.! Within minutes we had a showing scheduled for a house that was difficult to get into before.

She listened to our needs with outreach, she really made our buying process a completely customized and tailored to our preferences experience.

What could have been a typically stressful purchasing process was an extremely seamless endeavor. This was a purchase for a second home used as an investment property which has different requirements for funding. Bobbi Jean and Joelle are astounding not only at their job but as people too! I have nothing but good things to say about them. They took on what other had made me feel like was impossible. I moved from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. I gave them a price range, a time frame (2 weeks might I add), and told them what I needed to have in my home.
