One of the most down to Earth sweet ladies we’ve met. She’s not like other realtors where they’re just about business and not as personable. My fiancé and I both agreed we liked her most out of any realtors we’ve spoken to. We felt that she was very humble, caring, and easy to talk to. She felt more like a friend that gave good advice and didn’t make any questions or situations uncomfortable. If she didn’t know the answer she’d get back to you once she found out. She does her research and is very sincere with her customers. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I along with our three children were living out of hotel and were having the hardest time finding a place we could call home. It seems like we called a few people in the industry and no one was able to assist us. Margaret was a god send, we gave her all of our requirements and she even added a few of her own based off her knowledge as a mom. She was absolutely amazing within three days we were moving into our new place. Which originally wasnt going to be ready for at least a week but she negotiated on behalf of my family. We were hesitant bringing the children with us to look at houses but all of the hesitation disappeared with how sweet and patient she was with our little three. Absolutely amazing woman i will be recommending her and her company to anyone that will listen or is in need of a place to call home.

Margaret was such a pleasure to work with. She was very receptive to my needs, continuously searching for the details I expressed that I was looking for in a home. She was knowledgeable, professional and you couldn't help but love her. If you are looking for an agent to guide you in the right direction, continuously communicate with you and really care about your needs/wants... that would be Margaret!

Searching for a home now obviously can be challenging and nerve racking.,,,it seems it has become a feeding frenzy, what may be available now, is off the market in a matter of hours. So my advice to anyone looking for a home, particularly a rental home, is to get someone looking on your behalf, and that person is Margaret Lindsey. Once Margaret understood my wants and needs , she would check in with me daily, sometimes more than once, by phone or text, to keep me updated on what was available. Margaret would schedule the showing and was always so very accommodating and punctual, even on weekends She was always so patient and never rushed me, and that was very important to me. When I would get a little discouraged, she would always build me back up and reminded me that the right house would come along, and it absolutely did. I would recommend Margaret Lindsey to ANYONE looking a home

From the first phone call Margaret was professional and knowledgeable. Margaret listened to ensure she knew what I was looking for. I was able to find something in two days due to Margaret's diligence. I Will definitely be using and would recommed Margaret to help with finding a home.

Margaret did a fantastic job helping us find a home. She was always there answering when I'd call and scheduling showings immediately. When I'm ready to buy I will be getting ahold of her again.

Recently my husband and I decided to sell our home in NY and build a home in NC. Our home in NY sold immediately and we needed a home to rent while our home was being built. We took a trip to North Carolina to start looking at rentals, to our surprise it was more difficult that we anticipated. We needed a home with a fenced yard where we could bring our three loving dogs(1 large 2 medium). We called and emailed every Real estate online, very few called back and most unwilling to help. Margaret was by far the most amazing of the ones that did call us back. She worked tirelessly to help us. She provided options, spoke with realtors on our behalf, and most importantly, assured us she would find a nice place in the time frame we needed. We felt through the entire process that we had a friend working with us, not a realtor. I can not say enough wonderful things about this woman. If I could give more stars I would.
