My fiancé and I can not recommend Presley enough. We were having such a hard time finding a house with another agent representing us. When we talked with Presley about our situation, it was clear to us she was willing to do anything to get us our dream home. From the get go she was on top of our search, and we quickly found the perfect house. The transaction was insanely smooth, and we never once had to worry about anything because we knew Presley was on top of it.

As a first time homebuyer, I can say that I never thought buying a home was this easy. But the reality is, Presley did all the hard work for me and helped me look for my perfect home. From the initial open house to closing, she has demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping me find a home fit for my needs and preferences.

Presley is the best! She was so patient with me and always wanted what was best for me. She was very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and readily available to show me homes. She took a lot of time to show me homes and walk me through the home buying process. I am so thankful she helped me find my perfect house and was so kind and genuine. Presley was amazing to work with start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about each area I considered buying a house in and often had additional input on the area I haven’t considered. When it came to information Presley always responded in a timely manner. It never felt like I was waiting around fer her. Additionally her offering to do some virtual tours was above and beyond what I expected. I can’t sing her praises enough, the next time I go to buy a house I’ll be texting her first.

Presley went above and beyond on the entire transaction. She was very patient in showings and changed her plans several times to accommodate our schedule. She helped with a last minute problem when the sellers were not out on time.

She also went over several times extra to answer questions for us about the move out condition. She also stopped by after the sale to put ordered items inside while we were still not moved in so they did not sit on the front porch.

She is the best!
