There are not enough words to describe Ms Terri Dace. She is my personal angel. She took care of me and my family as if we were her children. She went far and beyond being our realitor. She cared. She was on the journey with us. She fought for us. She listened and she rejoiced along with us as we found our home. We love our new home! She took the burden of this crazy time and allowed us to enjoy the process. When we suffered a personal loss- she was there to help us rally through. She became more than our realitor- she became family.

We've known and enjoyed Terri for over 20 years as original owners/neighbors occupying the same model home across the street from each other. We can't say enough about what a responsible, kind, fun and all around terrific gal that she is! We absolutely love Terri, as a person as well as the best agent we could have ever had!

Someone else wrote that Terri is the ultimate professional, and we would like to add to that - the hardest working ultimate professional! We never intended to sell our home that we dearly loved, but when it had to be done, we knew we could not have entrusted it to anyone except Terri. She treated it as her own and did an outstanding job getting it ready for the market, with emphasis on so many details we never dreamed existed in the Real Estate world. We'd have been lost without her. We'll never be able to thank Terri enough for selling our home!

Terri is so easy to work with and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She really puts the decision making in the hands of the seller and offers advice when asked. She is very knowledgeable and communicates often and quickly. Wouldn't have anyone else sell my home than her!

We are out of state buyers so Terri had to help us quite a a lot. When we visited CA she took us out looking at as many homes as we could in a short timeframe. We finally found a home! Terry was there for everything, hiring the home inspector being with us when he examined the house. Some work was needed and we wanted seller to pay so Terri got some quotes for repair and went to sellers realtor to take care of that. Now Terri has offered her services to have repairs completed for us before we move to CA in April. She is an amazing realtor and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

I highly recommend working with Terri for any real estate needs you may have. She has helped me on two different occasions and is always knowledgeable, quick to respond to any texts or emails, helpful, and accommodating to your schedule. She also adds those personal touches that build good rapport and make you feel comfortable entrusting her with you real estate needs. Terri did an excellent job on the sale of our house. We selected her to sell our home because of the community outreach she did for the entire time we lived in Lincoln. She knows her profession and assists us in all aspects of the transaction. From contacting her to closing she was responsive, made valuable suggestions and guides us through the process answering all our questions in plain easy to understand responses. Listing to closing took just over 30 days and couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to work with an honest and highly competent Real-estate Agent.

I have worked with Terri on several buying and selling properties/homes. She is thorough and always followed up with contractors or services that were provided that needed extra attention to get a problem corrected.

Terri is experienced and knows her job and requirements for both the buyer and seller and make sure everyone is following a "fair" sale while keeping your best interest in mind. She is personable and friendly, available to answer questions or will return your call normally within a hour. She's a joy to work with.

Terri was great. Very thorough and supportive throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and were very anxious. Teri was patient and understanding. Her knowledge of the Real Estate market and conditions helped make the decision to put the house on the market when we did easy.

The house sold to the first buyer to see it on the second day of listing. We couldn't have been happier. The house closed within 30 days.

Teri was always prompt in replying to emails and phone calls showing that she understood our need for communication. She went out of her way to help and educate us on the process which eased any concerns we had.

Anyone looking for a caring hands on experienced Real Estate agent would do well giving Teri a call.

Terri did a wonderful job of selling our home. Between Terri and her photographer they got the job done the first day our home went public!!
