We had an estate property to sell, and chose Nathan through a personal recommendation, and NextHome in general by the number of “sold” signs on local properties. Nathan and his team were professional, thorough (the market analysis of comparable properties was great…), and aways prompt with any questions we had. Nathan walked us through the paperwork clearly and the whole process was pretty stress free. I personally appreciated Nathan’s down-to-earth business style. I think everyone involved got a great outcome!
