Brian Slinkman recently assisted me in selling my house. Throughout the process, Brian was always professional. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Brian made himself available to us when needed and was very aware of our thoughts and feelings. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a realtor

Brian was amazing. My husband and myself knew more in the first hour from Brian than we did in five months with our previous real estate agent during our last home purchase. Brian is articulate and continuously updating us on all statuses of the home sale as well as our purchase. He prepared us for what might happen as well as what will happen as well as what won’t happen. The Next Home staff gave us a comprehensive sheet of who we needed to contact for our new house Purchase regarding utilities, etc., and who we needed to contact for our current home sale before that sale was finalized. The documentation was clear and accurate— We didn’t even have to ask! When we had questions, they were answered promptly and completely. I did share with Brian that in all my years of life, I have never made a purchase that went so smoothly. I’m referencing car purchases previous Home purchases and any other major purchases we made in the past. I recommend this agency and specifically Brian. In addition, Brian has a fabulous sense of humor and he has a staff that is incredibly willing to reach out, help, and share pertinent information. He is very astute in the laws and the legalities of the real estate business. This truly was an amazing experience and we cannot thank him and his agency enough.

Brian and his assistant handled the sale of my Wisconsin property very professionally and helped work through some post sale issues to satisfy the finalization of the sale. The post-sale issues required extra effort which the team expeditiously handled.
Overall, quite happy with the sale experience.
I would definitely recommend Brian and his company.

Brian helped me get my brother's home listed when my brother passed away and was sensitive to the nature of the situation. He immediately got to work with an accurate analysis of the market in the area, had very professional pictures done and also a very nice ariel view of the property. He kept me updated on changes of info and was always willing to go out to the home if something needed to be addressed as I lived a good 50 minutes from the property. I appreciate him meeting me at my local title company for closing and then again later in the day driving back to hand deliver the proceeds from the sale.

Brian and his team did an excellent job of walking me through my very "unconventional situation" of selling a property. Prompt responses to my calls each time. Treated respectfully during this difficult time. Greatly appreciated and would highly recommend their services in the future!

Brian Slinkman did a wonderful job of finding me my new home. He knew what type I wanted and made sure that I was informed of each available home and also let me know which one was no longer on the market in a timely manner. Brian did a great job with the listing and communicating throughout the process. Was very honest about the market analysis and how he felt the house would do once listed, which turned out to be accurate. His expertise was very helpful when deciding how to proceed with the offers and which he thought were the most beneficial to us. Would recommend and will use Brian in the future.

Brian is an excellent realtor, so good to work with. I am an elderly woman and have never sold a home. He was so very good and answered so many questions that I had. I called him many times and was able to get in touch with him or if he was unavailable, he called back as soon as he could. He has an assistant, Kelly, and she was so very good to work with also,. He had many showings and my home was sold in 4 days. I would strongly recommend Brian as your realtor. Very good to work with in selling your home. Very honest.
Brian did a great job helping us navigate the purchase of our first commercial property. We would encourage others to reach out for buying and selling assistance from Brian.
