Kelly Broder was the realtor who worked with us. My 94 year old mother-in-law needed to sell her house and I suggested Kelly because she worked with our daughter on her home purchase.
I work from home and I was helping my mother-in-law with the paperwork. She does not drive and Kelly would come out to our house or e-mail me documents so I didn't have to take any time off of work. She was also very patient with my mother-in-law when she would get angry about stuff.
