Paige Brewer was the perfect agent for my husband and I. Moving from Illinois to Florida, she was tasked with the difficult assignment of finding us the "perfect" home with us being hundreds of miles away...then scheduling showings for a very specific 5 day period of time when we could travel to Florida, and then working through a purchase that had a few quirks in it. Paige was a true professional in every sense of the word! She also was compassionate and truly cared that George and I were happy with our purchase. Paige and her team did an outstanding job helping us purchase our new condo. Anyone can provide good service when nothing goes wrong. Outstanding service is proven when there are obstacles or problem to overcome. We had a problem with the mortgage company involving the insurance policy provided by the HOA and they disapproved our loan. Paige AND her team jumped in and worked together to meet the needs of the mortgage company within a few days and the sale was completed with only a minimum disruption. While I cannot personally attest to selling property I would have no problem trusting Paige and her Girls on the Beach team to handle any sale.
