Tracy is a amazing realtor, she did a amazing job helping us schedule home that fit our wants/needs. Made the process of buying and finding a home a easygoing and stress free as possible. She did a wonderful job with negotiating with the previous homeowners and got us a great price. She new the areas well and always answered out questions quickly and effectively. Tracy did a great job selling our house. We had another realtor before her who was unable to sell it. Once Tracy took over I started see ads for our house all over the internet, she held open houses and sent us weekly update reports. She did a great job negotiating our contract, she turned a low ball offer into a full price contract!

Buying a house is stressful, but Tracy made the whole process super easy and fun! She understood my needs and spent a lot of time finding me homes that complied.

Tracy was always there for me when I had questions, and she would meet me at the house over and over again just to make sure it was the one I really wanted. I enjoyed talking to her on the phone, and she was always available.
