Cheryl did an amazing j ob, during a very trying time. We started looking for a house right as the COVID-19 quarantine started. Cheryl did an amazing job of managing the pandemic issues, my travel time being 2hrs to look at homwn, and a last minute lender change. She was able to save us around $10k from the original asking price of the house during a sellers market. Then, when I needed to change lenders at the last minute She recommended someone that ended up saving us .75% APR, several thousand on closing, and a couple hundred every month on the payment. ll while getting us into a home that was a perfect fit in a perfect neighborhood my family. Cheryl was energetic, honest and totally involved with the entire process of selling our home. She explained every step of the preparations and guided us through the staging. Our house sold very quickly, again Cheryl guided us through the stressful requests of the prospective new owners. She went beyond normal cicumstances in helping us find repair companies while we were out of state dealing with the purchase of our new home.
