Nick went above and beyond for my fiancée and me — not only were we first-time home buyers, but we were also shopping from out of town, and Nick proved invaluable. He gave us honest opinions during the process, Facetimed us or sent us videos from showings that we couldn't make it to ourselves, and helped us close on a beautiful home at the end. In this incredibly tight market Nick was not only able to sell our house tens of thousands of dollars over asking price, but he also helped us buy our new home under asking! His expertise and helpful nature doesn't stop after the documents are signed. Nick was able to recommend contractors and even had it arranged so that one would be there during home inspections to review needed repairs.
