We were very pleased with Nick. Admittedly, we were a little nervous that he was on the younger side, but quickly recognized how 'on top' of the sale of our house was. When we met him for the first time for a walk-through, it was obvious he had done his homework. We had concerns about how this house may be a challenge to sell, especially with fast-approaching holidays. We knew it was important to get the home on the market quickly and Nick quickly provided the necessary resources and connections to get the house on the market quickly. His recommendation for pricing were right-on and validated with multiple offers within a few days. Nick went above and beyond for my fiancée and me — not only were we first-time home buyers, but we were also shopping from out of town, and Nick proved invaluable. He gave us honest opinions during the process, Facetimed us or sent us videos from showings that we couldn't make it to ourselves, and helped us close on a beautiful home at the end.
