Liz was great, always very professional. She walked us through everything and was very patient when I said I didn’t like something. She would walk me through if it was replaceable or not. She really fought for us and we couldn’t be any happier. We always got phone calls or texts about what the next steps were, it really made this whole process a lot less stressful!
