Anica was fantastic, and helped us in ways "above and beyond" the call. For example, we had an unfortunate car breakdown, and she picked us up at the repair shop and drove us to the showing (which turned out to be our new home). She even wrote up our offer while she was out of town on a long-planned "mini-vacation". Dedication.

Anica was amazing! She was very patient while I went back and forth over being ready to sell or not. She recommended a fantastic handyman to do some minor repairs and painting-he made the place look great. She was always positive and helpful and we sold the house in three days. Anica was very helpful and informative during our 3-4 months of house hunting. She listened to what we were looking for in a home and narrowed our search down accordingly. She was very knowledgeable regarding things to look for when viewing houses and what to expect when dealing with a FHA loan.
