At one point Julie told me she thinks about this property and how to sell it EVERY DAY…and I truly believe it!!!! She trained some of her top agents to show my home in case she was ever unable to attend a showing in person. She was always available, incredibly responsive and easy to work with.
As we received offers she helped me think through alternatives and create appropriate counters. And once the deal was done, she coached me on how to prepare for inspections, closing and a smooth transition to the new owners.

In the last 6 years my husband and I returned to the KC area and bought a home, my in-laws sold a home, and just recently my mother bought and sold a home. Julie was instrumental in all transactions.
