From the moment I met Cate, I felt so comfortable to speak to her and express what I really wanted. I am very particular about what I wanted in a second home and Cate has been absolutely patient with my husband and I and very helpful. It has been about 5 years and while our lives have taken us all over the place, Cate stayed with us to help us when we were ready to look again. We appreciate all the patience she has had with us. We send her homes we like and she will make sure to book a showing if we'd like one and find out more information on the condo when we ask. She does her best to work with our schedule since we come from a couple hours away to look. Hoping to lock one in very soon! I couldn't be more pleased with the job Sandra did with the purchase of our new home. She was absolutely knowledgeable in the community we chose to purchase our home. She's incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to navigating the ins and outs of real estate negotiation and general overall knowledge. But more than that, what impressed me most was the "above and beyond" service we got from Sandra. We weren't able to move into our home until 3 months after the purchase. During that time the house that vacant, Sandra would check in periodically to check on the home and make sure all the systems were operating and problem free. She would gather our mail and update us regularly as to the status of all things related to our home. Keep in mind, she did this after the close of our home. Which means basically she did it for free and on her own time. I can't recommend Sandra highly enough, she will be the agent that I steer other home buyers and sellers toward. Thank you for all your help all your knowledge and everything you've done for us.
