Erin is the best. She is so easy to work with. She handled the sale of our house and made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Erin always worked with our best interest in mind from setting a sale price, evaluating the offers and anything else that came up all the way through closing. She even offered to walk our dog during the inspection while we had prior commitments! Don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but would definitely use Erin again.

As recent transplants to KC/KS from our home state, buying a home was one of the top areas of concern for us. We asked family for guidance and only one name was ever mentioned, that name was Erin Pringle. We asked her to be our agent and she was instrumental in helping guide us through the real estate market here. She was patient, allowed us to tell her what we wanted and helped search through literally hundreds of homes. We finally found the one and she again guided us all the way to closing, never once did we have to question her general honesty and care for our needs.
