Andrew Bell, at NextHome Assurance Realty, is amazing! We moved from Northern Virginia and a realtor friend of mine recommended him for us. This is the second time we have used Andrew Bell for our real estate transition. First time we used him was to buy our house in Jacksonville. We looked at over 30 houses and Andrew was very knowledgeable of the areas and homes we looked at. He was alway well prepared and up on the market trends that was happening in the area.
