This is the second time we have used Andrew Bell for our real estate transition. First time we used him was to buy our house in Jacksonville. We looked at over 30 houses and Andrew was very knowledgeable of the areas and homes we looked at. He was alway well prepared and up on the market trends that was happening in the area. Once we found our house, the application process and closing was seamless.
When we decided to sell our house there was no other realtor we wanted to assist us. The sell of our home was just as smooth as when we bought it many years ago. Andrew is a true real estate professional. Had the vision to see the potential in my property and recommend the best course of action to maximize profit. This vision to develop the property instead looking for a quick sale meant a long term commitment on his part that required him to put in significantly more developmental work than would be required with the typical sale.
