Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. The systems you have in place and the checks and balances virtually ensure a trouble-free deal. Well done! I've included a little extra in your check. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

My situation is a little unusual. My sister died in Minnesota, but she owned a piece of land in Wisconsin. I was appointed administrator of her estate. I was concerned with how to go about this; I needed a realtor. Someone recommended three relators, I read about each of them, prayed about it and chose Brian. I called and explained my situation and form the git-go he was there to help. He gave me good advice in how to proceed. He told me he could not list the land until I was appointed representative of the estate. On the day I called him and told him I was appointed, he listed the land for me. In about 7 to 10 days, we had a buyer, we did the negotiation and the land was sold.
I am so happy I chose Brian to represent me. He was always there when I needed him. He made the process easy for me. I feel good about the outcome. In a situation like mine, I needed someone I could trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs help selling property.

Jessica was amazing to work with in, not only helping us get ready to sell our property but also being our property manager the past few years.

In selling one of our rentals, she helped us get the right subs to help us upgrade our floors, painting, removing the wall to expand the room bigger. Also, upgrade our light fixtures and cabinets in all of the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. Everything was done well and in a timely manner too.

She helped us through the sale with a great buyer even while we were traveling in Asia. She was always easy to reach and able to communicate with us.

We really appreciate all she’s done for us as well as our rental properties. She’s been able to find good tenants for us and we never worry if we know Jessica will be there if they have any problems, especially when we live out of state in Utah.
