Michelle did a great job in selling us our dream home. She was willing to work with our schedules to show homes. She was prompt in responding to all of our questions and had an impressive list of people to complete jobs including inspectors, handymen, loan officers, roofers, and pest control specialists. We have known Laura for many years. She worked with us for many months (a lot of patience and effort), before we found the house we are still living in a decade plus later (it's the perfect family home for us). Over the past few years, we have periodically asked for help looking for additional residential properties. Laura put forth the same hard work into each search, even though we didn't decide to buy. Recently, we gave her some very specific/narrow parameters for an investment property. She found and showed us multiple listing over several months. Once we found something that interested us, Laura focused on finding out everything she could about the property to ensure it was what we wanted. She went back and forth with the seller's agent, HOA, and lender. Laura's expertise and knowledge were such an immense help; repairs were made, credit from seller, closing was on our schedule. She also was with us every step of the way, and made sure everything was completed with the title company at final signing. Laura makes things happen! Gabe is a great guy. He's honest and on your side. He is not pushy and watches out for your interests. i would highly recommend him to anyone. He represented us when we bought a house for my father who is 91 and treated him with the utmost dignity and has sold a rental property for me. I usually buy and sell my houses myself (for sell buy owner etc.) but because Gabe did such a wonderful job with my father, i had him sell one of my rental units. (This says a lot about Gabe)
The best thing about Gabe is that we all know buying or selling a house can be stressful. With Gabe, i was able to be very straight forward and he never made me, or my father feel ridiculous or petty. He was always just supportive. Again, highly recommend Gabe. I will use him again because i trust him.

Michelle was in constant contact with us and showed us over a dozen places. She never said no to any requests and was always happy to answer any questions. Our process became a little bit problematic with changes in interest rates constantly changing and promotions for new builds involving their representatives bombarding us with information. Luckily Michelle was able to renegotiate to a better deal and explain to us using graphs and pictures how much money we would be saving instead. Thank you Michelle!
