Tim found us a great house in a great neighbor hood and did a wounderful job of handling all of the paperwork for the sale.
Tim then handled the sale of our old house. Tim told us what parts of the house needed to be cleaned up and how to present the house. Tim put the house on the market and a buyer contacted him within 3-days and the house was sold in 7-days with Tim taking the paperwork for the old house.
