Tim has an extensive and useful knowledge of Lubbock and can leverage that into finding a great house for you. He showed me a neighborhood I never thought about, but based on the criteria I told him I was looking for it was perfect for my needs. Even though I was prepared to pay the asking price, he put together a spreadsheet and convinced me that it was slightly overpriced. I trusted his judgement and I got my dream house for $10k less than asking. He is very easy to work with and responds to questions immediately. I definitely recommend using Tim for your real estate transactions. This was my seventh home purchase and Tim was the best realtor of the seven.

Tim found us a great house in a great neighbor hood and did a wounderful job of handling all of the paperwork for the sale.
