I was referred to Sylvia's office but Frances Brooks was my realtor. Relocating from Florida to Georgia as a first time homebuyer was a trying experience, but my realtor Frances made the process less harrowing. I was treated like family instead of a client and felt a genuine concern for my well-being. Frances went above the call of duty, she worked rain or shine and even through personal loss. I was stunned by her ability to remain focused during hardship while still keeping my best interest at heart. She answered all my 1st time homebuyer questions plus more..lol and remained not only professional but incredibly human, and for that I will always be grateful.

Selling my house was an emotional process as my tenents had destroyed it. Sylvia was there through the entire emotional roller coaster. I don't live in Georgia anymore and her team helped me through the process of repairing my house and preparing to list it on the market. I am so grateful that she worked so diligently to sell my house at the best price. One day on the market and several offers later, we closed on the house within a month with a full cash deal $8,000 over the asking price. I felt like I was truly a priority. To God be the glory and His faithful servant Sylvia and of course my guardian angel, my Dadddy!
