Tammy was ready to go from day one to help us find the perfect property. We had ups and downs in the processes and she stuck with us through them all. We started working with Tammy in October 2024 and finally found our forever home and land in April 2025. The number of houses and the hours she spent with us on the road was amazing. Some days seeing 3-6 homes in a day. Driving hours at a time and distances that most realtors would never do.
Tammy has a wonderful knowledge in Real-estate and we felt very blessed to have her on our side when it came to negotiating anything and everything. She did what we needed/wanted and made sure we were covered incase anything fell apart (And a few times they did). Tammy is a one woman shop who took care of helping us not only find properties but schedule Structural quotes, water testing, pest control quotes, and of course the home inspections. She was never rattled, always replied quickly to whatever needed to be done, spent days with us locating the right place and did it all with a great attitude! We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Tammy, She is Amazing!

KP Muingbeh has been outstanding in both helping us purchase house as well is in the process of selling our old house. Not one time has he hesitated when we ask for something. He is always there for us at all times. KP has gone above my expectations.

My realtor David Smith was amazing — not just because he got my house sold at asking price within two months (which he did), but because of the way he showed up through the whole process. He was honest, straightforward, and never once tried to sugarcoat anything. When offers came in, he told me the truth — which ones were solid, which ones weren’t, and why. He explained every detail so I actually understood what I was signing or agreeing to.

What meant the most to me was how much integrity he had. There were moments where other realtors were clearly being shady, not just with me, but with their own clients and he stepped in and made sure the truth came out. He even had me sign paperwork that forced another agent to disclose something they were trying to hide from her buyers. That told me everything I needed to know about his character. He protected me, but he also looked out for the people buying my home. That’s rare.

He’s the perfect mix of friendly, professional, and direct no games, no fluff, just real support and clear guidance. I never felt pressured or confused, just respected and informed.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely gives a damn and does things the right way, he’s it. I’d recommend him a hundred times over.

We lucked into getting to know Seth via requesting a showing on Zillow. Seth was the agent that contacted us and showed us the house, and we really liked his attitude and willingness to work with us for as long as it took for us to find the home that was right for us. Seth and O'Mayra were there for us every step of the way. We never felt pressured to put an offer in on a home we weren't positive about, or put in a higher offer than we were comfortable with for a particular house. They listened to what our family wanted, and needed, and our situation and were patient with us while we looked for a home our child can grow up in. They were also extremely responsive when there was a house that we wanted to look at quickly before it was under contract. We would message Seth, and he would respond with pertinent information and make time for us very soon after that. They were very professional and knew the process, and were always great answering our many questions, and keeping us informed as well. I can't recommend them enough. They never made us feel like we were just another transaction to them. They cared about our family's situation and needs, and made sure that the entire process was handled with that same care. It was more than just dollars and cents, and that made a huge difference for us. This was a long term decision for our family, and we feel that Seth and O'Mayra gave us the information and support necessary to make the best one possible.

I recommend Mr. Roberto, from the first day I signed the contract, he has been professional in his work, we have always maintained communication on a personal level, I have another friend.

Maria did a fantastic job for us. We were fortunate that our house sold in only 2 weeks time. During that time, Maria and her team had already placed advertisements and did an open house. She was always almost immediately responsive to every question we had and was patient with us when we had what I realized afterwards were some "duh" type questions. Maria also was the agen we used when we bought the house originally so I can say we have used her twice now without hesitation. If we were staying in the area (we're not), we would be using her again to help us find a new home. I highly recommend Maria.

KP was a great help throughout the process of finding a new home. I don't think we could've had somebody better. He communicated very well on important details on the process that other companies lacked on communicating. He will respond to you about any possible question you may have regarding the process you find yourself in within getting a home. Overall, KP is a great guy and was so helpful. With this being my very first time selling a home, and having to sell under an unfortunate circumstance, they were more than helpful and took their time to explain everything to me about the entire process.
