Rick and Nicki were wonderful in the recent sale of our home. We sold remotely and had significant logistical issues due to the fact we were not residing in WA. Rick frequently went out of his way to ensure that the house was not only ready to sell but in pristine condition. Additionally, Rick and Nicky were always available for communication and were very patient with my lack of communication when I was unavailable. Furthermore, Rick provided fantastic advice when it came to niche negotiation scenarios which proved to be 100% necessary. I couldn't recommend Rick more!
Dena was expedient in listing the property and keeping me up to date in regards of the activity she was seeing with the MLS listing. She walked the land with me and was attentive to the fact that this being raw, rural land with nearby residents that were sensitive to thier privacy that anyone wishing to view the property be respectful of those individuals needs. Her communication with me was timely and articulate and she was very easy to work with. I would recommend her as an agent to anyone.

I looked at a lot of houses before I found “the one”. Melissa was very patient and never tried to talk me into one that I didn’t feel was right. She was always available to show me a house, including weekends and evenings. When it came time to make an offer, she used her expertise to guide me and get the best price and deal possible.
