I built a house 25 years ago believing it would be my 'forever' home. When I realized that was not going to be the case, I began to think about what realtor would be appropriate for my needs. I knew one of my former statistics students had graduated from college and was now a very successful realtor. Already having a relationship with Callie was definitely a plus for me. I contacted her and she was delighted to work with me.
We hit the market with my house at the time when the market was sinking fast, so my house did not sell as everyone predicted it would sell. While I became very discouraged, Callie was not and she was always there with answers to my endless questions and encouraging words. Knowing how I loved the math behind it, Callie prepared graphs and charts to show me the analyses of all the relevant sales in the county for comparisons and again to try to encourage me that the market would turn around. Finally, it did and my house sold!
From the beginning to the signing and continuing on as I settle into my new house, Callie has always been there to help me and provide whatever assistance she can -- always with a smile.
Her knowledge and positive attitude constantly amaze me. I am very grateful for her dedication and commitment to help me through this overwhelming process!

As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't sure what to expect when working with a relator but Trevor went above and beyond in every aspect of the process to make it as seamless as possible for me. He not only takes his time to really make sure you find the perfect home but goes out of his way to make it as easy as possible for you. I was able to find a great house in the Nashville area and within a few weeks I had the keys. He also negotiated with the seller to help on closing costs and connected me with a mortgage broker that was incredible as well. I cannot say enough great things about working with him and his team. I would highly recommend using him if you are looking for a relator that is transparent and professional. He worked around the clock to ensure all of my documents/paperwork were completed properly and his communication and timely responses were so helpful along the way. I typically don't go out of my way to leave reviews but I know how intimidating it can be to find someone you can trust with buying your own home and I would say after working with Trevor I wouldn't trust another relator to do a better job. I even referred a close family friend of mine and he was able to find her dream home in the 12 South area. Overall, he couldn't have made this experience any better and I'm very thankful for his dedication to his work and his homebuyers!
