As a California couple seeking a Franklin-area muti-generational home with VERY specific requirements and an equally specific budget, we gave Lindsay a most considerable challenge. For months she persevered, previewing and sending us homes to view, dealing with all the time differences, idiosyncrasies and unique requirements with grace, professionalism and grit. As we went into escrow on three separate homes, Lindsay time and again delivered both important insights as well as a vast list of most qualified vendors...all in a timely manner to help us make the best choice for our family. Now that we have finally found our "last" home, we can most enthusiastically recommend Lindsay to ANYONE. She is a gracious, hardworking and most capable real estate professional. She interacts well with EVERYONE. She knows the Nashville/Franklin/Brentwood/Williamson County market. She puts her clients' interest foremost, and offers frank, honest insights while ensuring that the client is the ultimate "decider."
