Kelly was very thorough in his overview and presentation about smartzip services. I appreciated the transparency into the statistics and the ease at which you could navigate through the system. Kelly is quick to respond when I have questions and he made the set up and activation process a breeze.

Ahmad has been very helpful and responsive since day one. I’m always super apprehensive of signing up with one of these types of companies as I’ve lost a lot of money in the past. AMAZING! The one word I would use to describe the service I have received in the past week from Ahmed! We have had several meetings in the last week and he has really taken the time with me to understand all the Smart Apps and making the best use of my marketing dollars. Ahmed's service was great. Most REALTORS don't understand the concept of "brand building," We hear the words Sphere of Influence all the time, but what we really want is a brand. When people think real estate in my community, I want them to think of me, and to be calling me when they're thinking of buying, selling, or investing in real estate. And Offrs understands that concept and is dedicated to helping REALTORS get to that level where they are the person to hire when it;s time to list your home in his/her area.

Kelly was great at helping me retain my Reach 150 account when switching brokerages. He listened and understood my position and knew exactly what needed to be done. My wife Lisa is a realtor at KW in NJ. She is consistently in KWs top 10 in NJ. She decided she wanted to more to market to potential clients. Given that my background is in technology I knew I could help. I looked at several different CRM and marketing systems. That’s how I discovered smart zip and met Kelly. He was there from day one. He helped us understand the benefits of smartzip but was never a pushy sales guy. After signing up for smartzip we had several questions, he was very patient and helpful. Now we have successfully launched the first campaign and Lisa has another round of questions and Kelly is helping her through the next steps in the process. He is a great partner in our journey and I would highly recommend doing business with him, he’s a great guy and a true professional.

As the owner of a small business, I can attest to the importance of top notch customer service. Having employees that are available, know the product well, and handle interactions with a friendly, can-do attitude can make the difference of a company succeeding or not. It brings customer satisfaction that cements relationships and continued business when there are other options available. Ahmed is the epitome of this and SmartZip is lucky to have him on board. He exudes patience and friendliness with every interaction and was available even when it was well after hours being we are in different time zones. It makes me excited about my relationship with Smartzip and I know that employees like him will assure my success in what I have invested.
