What and AMAZING encounter! I had the privilege of meeting Ahmed during a SmartZip training session. By far, the most impressive, knowledgeable, patient and informed person in the company. Ahmad has been very helpful and responsive since day one. I’m always super apprehensive of signing up with one of these types of companies as I’ve lost a lot of money in the past. Working with Ahmed made me feel like I had made a good choice and he listen to all of my concerns, made the changes I requested quickly and was responsive through the whole process.

AMAZING! The one word I would use to describe the service I have received in the past week from Ahmed! We have had several meetings in the last week and he has really taken the time with me to understand all the Smart Apps and making the best use of my marketing dollars. Ahmed is professional, nice, patient, and gets back to me so fast. He is very detailed and even sent me a video he recorded on a smart app after he explained it to me knowing I needed a little bit extra to set it up on my own. I appreciate that Ahmed is truly invested in my success and that is very rare in the world today. Ahmed's service was great. Most REALTORS don't understand the concept of "brand building," We hear the words Sphere of Influence all the time, but what we really want is a brand. When people think real estate in my community, I want them to think of me, and to be calling me when they're thinking of buying, selling, or investing in real estate. And Offrs understands that concept and is dedicated to helping REALTORS get to that level where they are the person to hire when it;s time to list your home in his/her area.
Ahmed has been so very helpful in getting leads into files and handles requests. There are many opportunities and leads here. Having just had it a couple of weeks I hope it more than pays for itself. Ahmed has been a big part of getting things situated and settled. I would definitely recommend him.

As the owner of a small business, I can attest to the importance of top notch customer service. Having employees that are available, know the product well, and handle interactions with a friendly, can-do attitude can make the difference of a company succeeding or not. It brings customer satisfaction that cements relationships and continued business when there are other options available. Ahmed is the epitome of this and SmartZip is lucky to have him on board. He exudes patience and friendliness with every interaction and was available even when it was well after hours being we are in different time zones. It makes me excited about my relationship with Smartzip and I know that employees like him will assure my success in what I have invested.
